The SoM seeks individuals who will contribute to advancing our institution and strengthening our community in full- and part-time faculty roles. UCC invites applications on a rolling basis for current and future openings. All Disciplines - General Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements: Doctoral degree in a relevant field. MD or DO (or international equivalent) for clinical disciplines. PhD, DrPH, EdD, or equivalent for basic science and public health disciplines. Prior teaching experience in higher education (preferred). Eligibility for academic appointment at the rank of Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor, based on qualifications and experience. Strong commitment to medical education, student mentoring, participation in interdisciplinary research, and service. Experience in accredited medical education programs (LCME standards familiarity preferred).

 Experience with Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME), lnterprofessional Education (IPE), and educational technology and _learning management systems. Experience in grant writing and funded research (preferred). Record of peer-reviewed publications. Demonstrated commitment to serving medically underserved populations. Competence to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Spanish and English. Anatomy and Cell Biology, Pathology, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Neuroscience: Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in a biomedical or related field. Prior teaching experience in higher education (preferred). Evidence of scholarly activity (presentations, research engagement or publications). Experience with innovative teaching methods, such as active learning and integrated systems-based medical curriculum (preferred).
