This position is responsible for assisting in the preparation of agreements, amendments, statements of work and legal notices. Responsible for assisting departments to gather all governmental permits related to the execution of the agreements, ensuring they meet the legal, policies and practices requirements. Essential Functions: ? Draft simple contracts, amendments, statement of works and communications. ? Assist in drafting letters and other legal notices related to compliance and enforcement of contracts. ? Deal with general day to day operational legal enquiries from the internal units/departments, interpret contract provisions and provide legal opinions. ? Coordinate with concessionaires, tenants, airlines, service providers and contractors regarding the execution of the applicable agreement and ensure relevant documentation accompany contracts.

Requisitos:
 Requirements:
 ? Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited school of law. ? Admitted to practice of law in Puerto Rico (in good standing). ? The position requires one (1) to three (3) years of related experience. ? Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and oral. ? Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. ? Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, work with multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. ? Ability to maintain confidential data. ? Excellent legal research skills. ? Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail. ? Comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment. ? Customer service oriented. ? Ability to work with a goal-oriented operation. ? Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
