Our call centers are in Fajardo & San Juan Area, Puerto Rico is hiring bilingual licensed life insurance sales representatives. This is a full-time, on-site, W-2 employee position with a guaranteed hourly wage, commission bonuses on policies placed, paid training, and standard Puerto Rico employee benefits. Representatives answer inbound calls from consumers who have requested information about life insurance coverage and help them choose the right policy. This is a pure customer-facing sales role. There are no recruiting responsibilities, no team-building requirements, and no override income. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls from prospective customers who have requested life insurance information. Conduct needs-based consultations in both Spanish and English. Quote, present, and submit life insurance applications. Follow up with applicants through underwriting and policy issue

Compensation and Benefits $20.00 per hour base wage, paid biweekly. Commission bonuses on policies placed (paid in addition to hourly wage). Production bonuses on qualifying milestones. Paid product and sales training. Christmas Bonus (Bono de Navidad) as required by Puerto Rico Act 148. Vacation and sick leave accrual per Puerto Rico Act 180. Overtime paid at 1.5x for hours worked beyond legal limits, per Puerto Rico labor law.
