*Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers
*Conduct comprehensive research on market trends to inform sourcing strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
*Lead candidate sourcing efforts using methods like cold calling, job board postings, campus recruitment, and leveraging employment & labor law compliance in all activities
*Negotiate employment contracts and manage employment law compliance throughout the hiring process
*Support and facilitate onboarding initiatives to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization

*Proven experience in full cycle recruiting (high volume) across diverse roles. *Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels of seniority *Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail *Experience in negotiation, client communication, and managing relationships with external recruiting agencies *Familiarity with social media management tools for candidate outreach and employer branding efforts *Knowledge of employment contracts, employee evaluation processes, employee relations, training & development initiatives, and succession planning
