Atender la recepción, el cuadro telefónico y los clientes presenciales, proporcionando información y resolviendo consultas. | Canalizar las solicitudes a las áreas correspondientes y precalificar a los clientes potenciales para servicios específicos. | Evaluar las necesidades de los clientes mediante preguntas analíticas y detalladas para determinar a qué departamento canalizarlos o si es necesario crear un caso. | Asistir en tareas especiales de Contabilidad o apoyo administrativo.
