Antilles Power Depot is seeking a Generator Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on generator systems and related equipment.
*Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel generators, engines, and associated systems.
*Diagnose mechanical, electrical, fuel, cooling, and starting system issues.
*Inspect and service batteries, belts, hoses, filters, fluids, and electrical connections.
*Troubleshoot generator controls, alarms, and automatic transfer switches within the scope of training and authorization.
*Complete service reports accurately, documenting findings, repairs, labor, and parts used.
*Communicate equipment conditions, repair recommendations, and service updates to the service team.
*Support field service calls and emergency response, including overtime and on-call assignments as needed.

*Technical or vocational training in diesel mechanics, electrical systems, power generation, or a related field. *At least two years of hands-on experience servicing generators, diesel engines, or closely related equipment. *Working knowledge of diesel engine operation and basic electrical troubleshooting. *Ability to use diagnostic equipment, multimeters, hand tools, and power tools. *Ability to work independently and collaborate with the service team. *Valid driver’s license. *Availability to travel to customer sites and work outdoors in varying conditions. *Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. *Bilingual (English & Spanish)
