This home is AVAILABLE! We are also currently building many more like this one. If you'd like to make any changes to our plans, trailer size, or finishes, a custom unit can be built (a lead time of approximately 2-3 months, depending on customizations). Since there are so many amazing tiny homes on the market, we had to stand out by bringing our residential experience to our builds. The homes are built to code using licensed contractors (Day-by-day construction photos are available for insurance/finance agents). From the custom trailer to the appliances, the highest quality products were used.
