There are no cars here. No traffic, no horns, no rush. Just a short ride on a free ferry and you're on Cayo Islote — a private island in Fajardo where the pace of life slows to match the tide. The marina has slips for anchoring your boat, so if you're coming by water, you're covered too.
Located at Isleta Marina II, Apt 9J, this apartment offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath in approximately 1,000 sq ft, situated on the 9th floor of an elevator building with a private balcony and ocean views, plus on-site security. HOA is $319.84/month, and property tax (CRIM) runs approximately $1,103/year. Homestead exemptions may be available for veterans and primary residents — please inquire for details.
Isleta Marina isn't just where you live — it's how you live. Walk down to your own private beach. Spend the afternoon at one of three pools or gather the family for a game of volleyball or tennis. Kids have their own space to play, there's a basketball court for pickup games, and picnic gazebos are ready whenever you feel like eating outside instead of in. Keep a kayak nearby and launch straight from the community's own kayak area. The controlled access and security team keeps the island quiet, and the ferry connects you back to Puerto Rico's main island whenever you need it — but most days, you won't want to leave.
This is privacy without isolation. A second home, an income property, or a full-time escape — Isleta Marina works for all three.
