Position Summary
Adecco is seeking an experienced Assistant Chef to assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations across the resort's casual dining restaurant, fine dining restaurant, and banquet events. This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, sanitation standards, and operational efficiency while supporting menu execution, staff development, and guest satisfaction.
Requisitos: Requirements: Qualifications
• Culinary degree, diploma, or equivalent professional culinary training preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience, preferably in a resort, hotel, or multi-outlet food and beverage operation.
• Experience in both à la carte restaurant service and high-volume banquet production.
• Knowledge of fine dining techniques, menu execution, and food presentation.
• Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Full availability and flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Core Competencies
• Strong bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish, verbal and written.
• Passion for hospitality and culinary excellence.
• Assist in leading daily kitchen operations.
