Infrastructure Support Technician

Full-time, on-site (no remote) IT professional with PC & Server administration experience • Administer AD, Domain Controllers, DHCP, DNS, and IP addressing • Manage backups, Group Policy, and system updates (firmware, patches, hotfixes) • Install, configure, image, and troubleshoot PCs and peripherals • Provide advanced desktop support for complex issues • Support LAN/WLAN/VoIP Moves, Adds, Changes (MAC) • Troubleshoot servers, network connectivity, and voice/data circuits • Perform network tasks including patching & cabling • Follow incident & change management procedures • Work independently and within a team • Provide status reports to project leads & managers • Create/maintain technical documentation

Requisitos:
 Requirements:
 •Minimum of 3+ years of combined experience supporting infrastructure servers (e.g., DHCP, Domain Controllers) and providing deskside support for PC hardware and software •Strong knowledge of Windows Server setup, deployment, and maintenance •Experience with IT operations best practices, including scripting, patch management, databases, and network fundamentals (LAN/WAN), is preferred •Demonstrated ability to respond to issues with a strong sense of urgency •Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision •Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) •Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize installations and support activities effectively •Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills •Availability and willingness to work flexible schedules, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, as required
