Adecco is assisting a company in recruiting an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to support environmental compliance and workplace safety in an agricultural manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include implementing safety programs, investigating incidents, coordinating training, conducting inspections, and maintaining regulatory documentation. The role also oversees permits, emissions controls, preventive maintenance plans, and facility compliance while collaborating with regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.

-Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (preferred), Agricultural Science, or Engineering with experience in Occupational Health and Safety. -1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) responsibilities. -Experience with facility services and maintenance. -Conversational proficiency in English and Spanish. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills. -Availability to be on call or work outside regular business hours as needed. -Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. -Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills. -Experience working with local regulatory agencies preferred. -Familiarity with emission control devices and environmental compliance. -Forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift licenses preferred; must be willing to obtain certifications if not already certified.
