Premier Healthcare Compliance is hiring a Healthcare Compliance & SIU Auditor for a remote, full-time W-2 position in Puerto Rico. Conduct claims audits, review medical records and billing documentation, identify potential overpayments and unusual billing patterns, and assess compliance with payer requirements. Support fraud, waste, and abuse investigations, prepare audit reports in English, and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with certified medical coders and compliance professionals.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare claims auditing, SIU, payment integrity, or healthcare compliance. Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and reimbursement. Experience reviewing medical records and claims. Fluent English and Spanish; ability to independently write audit reports in English. Skilled in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong analytical skills. Must reside in Puerto Rico and be authorized to work in the U.S. Related degree and CPC, CPMA, CFE, AHFI, or CHC certification preferred.
