Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandise control.
Oversee scheduling and shift coordination for staff.
Monitor sales targets and operational standards.
Enforce company policies and local compliance requirements.
Resolve customer and team issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Education: Completed Bachelor's degree (required). Language: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience: Previous retail or team management experience preferred. Availability: Must be able to work rotating shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
