Oversee PR physical office by providing leadership, guidance, and support
Ensure all IT areas are running efficiently.
Oversee the onboarding and implementation of all new clients
Participate and be engaged in all product development initiatives
Work closely with the legal and finance team.
Provide excellent communication and coordination with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Manage/Oversee Client and Sales Support teams, IT department and Executive Administrative Assistant’s daily activity and workload in order to meet goals, deadlines, and priorities.
Manage annual budgeting for Operations, Executive Administration, and IT, including monitoring and controlling costs throughout the year.
Perform company projects and assist others as assigned by management.

Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields; Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or Finance. 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably coordinating projects, activities, and services, office administration or related fields. Extensive knowledge of computer software. Fully Bilingual - Spanish and English.
