Adecco is assisting in the recruitment of a Manufacturing Engineer for a full-time opportunity in Anasco, Puerto Rico. This position is responsible for supporting and overseeing manufacturing processes while ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures are met. This is an on-site position.

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college. -Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing-related environment. -Must be fully bilingual (English and Spanish) -Strong problem-solving, qualitative, and analytical skills. -Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. -Excellent administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization. -Knowledge of process improvement and team building. -Solid computer skills. -Customer-service oriented. -Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training is highly desirable. -Ability to work on-site.
