We are seeking for Engineers / Architects responsible for conducting field inspections and construction oversight for various Construction Projects in Adjuntas, Utuado, Jayuya, Ciales and Surrounding Cities. Their tasks include collaborating closely with all parties involved in areas of quality control, inspections, project certifications, submittals, request for information, claims review, closeout as well as project resources, timelines, and budgets. You will also perform administrative duties, such as daily/monthly reports, evaluating contractor invoices and acting as a point of contact and owner representative, as well as a variety of coordinating activities, such as weekly meetings, reviewing of change orders & schedules, shutdowns and among others as required by the project.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or Architecture. EIT / AIT preferred and PE / RA is a must. Valid driver's license. Fully Bilingual. Excellent communication and technical skills for collaboration with team members, stakeholders and outside parties. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
